The Crowd Goes Wild for Fashion

This past Saturday, July 19th 2010, I attended the ever-so-famous music festival, Rock the Garden at the Walker Art Center. The event took place at the base of the Minneapolis skyline, adjacent to the Walker's Sculpture Garden, and featured OK Go, Sharon Jones and The Dap-Kings, and MGMT. The music was fantastic, energetic, and pulsed through the crowd with the best acoustics. Hardly anyone was able to sit still long enough to drink their Summit beer. But not only did the bands perform a stellar and totally wild show, the festival was attended by some of the Twin Cities most stunning fashionistas! Eye candy worthy clothing and accessories swarmed the garden and the stage, making Rock the Garden my favorite Minneapolis summer event for entertainment and people watching thus far. Luckily The City Pages blog, The Dressing Room, was there to uncover the uber-stylishly dressed! Check out the link below to see their top 14 picks. I myself, am lucky number 13.

This just goes to show that you never know who will be snapping clicks of your attire when you travel to that special music festival or event. So make sure to always sport your favorite lipstick and wear your hot stilettos, or chic summer sandals, with your best dressed-to-impress outfit!
